Stromlo Rise is a boutique development consisting of six townhouses at the foot of Mount Stromlo. Maximising the potential of the existing sloping terrain, the individual units are carefully arranged in a stepping section enabling each to obtain north facing views onto the reserve. These views are elegantly complemented through the contemporary finishes of glass, brick, and metal cladding. A shared driveway cuts through the site, giving each unit an independent street frontage. The overall form, in particular the rise and fall of the roof structures, is reflective of the surrounding mountainous landscape.
